Cancellation: Before Dispatch

1. Order Cancellation:

• You can cancel the order before it is shipped.

• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

2. Return Conditions:

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Product must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

• Damaged or used items are not eligible for return.

3. How to Request Return:

• Contact us at support@lykwow.in with your Order ID and reason for return.

• Our team will guide you through the return process.

4. Refund:

• Refund will be processed after inspection of returned goods.

• It may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your bank account.
